Reminders

School Picture Retakes
Wednesday September 28th at 8:30am will be picture retakes, if you missed picture day or want to retake your picture (please bring your picture package with you). If you need a picture order form stop by the high school office. All students need to have their picture taken to receive a student ID badge.

Tutoring
After school tutoring with bussing will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Media Center.

We have several virtual tutoring options listed below.

Textbook Assistance: Log on to the Taylor Schools website go to the “Parents” tab scroll down to “Family Assistance” and follow directions to complete the online form. Be sure to check the box for Textbook Assistance. This form must be completed each school year. Paper copies are available in the High School Office.

Aromas
We have numerous Taylor Family members, both students and employees, who are severely sensitive and/or allergic to perfumes and colognes, aerosol sprays, and oils.  PLEASE refrain as much as possible from use of these products. It may smell lovely to you but be lethal to others.

POWDERPUFF

Homecoming is approaching quickly, and it is time to order your Powderpuff shirts.  Anyone interested in playing, coaching, or supporting their classmates, should order a powderpuff shirt.  The cost is $20.  Shirt orders and money are due to Mrs. Hillman TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH, BY THE END OF THE DAY!  See Mrs. Hillman with any questions.

Canned Food Drive

September 26th - 30th
During College Go Week Taylor High School will hold a canned food drive. Please bring in canned goods to help support this event.

Monday-Follow Your Dreams”- Wear your pajamas and slippers to school. Make sure they are school appropriate.

Tuesday-Our Future is Bright”- Wear Sunglasses to school. Be respectful of your teachers and take them off while in class.

Wednesday-Hats off to Higher Education”- Wear a hat to support your favorite college.

Thursday-College Spirit Day”- Wear your favorite college gear.

is dedicated to helping students find the right college to fit their personalities and interests. Students are not allowed to have food delivered to the school by delivery companies such as UberEats, DoorDash and others. Parents may drop off food for their students at the High School office.
